Bakery flogging £2.80 Donald Trump orange ‘moron’ cakes in response to President’s Greenland boast

A bakery has started flogging orange Donald Trump ‘moron’ cakes after the US President’s Greenland boasts.

The Danish cake shop is voicing their opinions on Trump’s latest claim in the form of a sweet treat.

He spoke about his desire to buy Greenland which has been Danish territory for 800 years.

The 45th and 47th President recently made bold statements about making Greenland part of the USA.

Baker’s at Kjer’s Brød in Videbæk, northeast of Copenhagen, Denmark, didn’t waste any time to hit back at Trump.

It is selling ‘Donald Trump Kvaje Kage’ for £2.80 (25 DKK) each, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The orange pastry, furrowed brow and yellow tuft of hair share a shocking resemblance to the 78-year-old.

The name is a combination of the Danish worldplay on ‘Kaj kage’ which is a cake that looks like a Green frog from a kid’s TV show in Denmark.

The word ‘kvaje’ is given to someone who has done or said something really stupid.

In Denmark, someone who does this is labelled a ‘Kvajebajer’, which essentially means moron in English.

Peter Kjer, who partly owns Kjer’s Brød, stated: “So our Trump Cake reached a little further away.

“Fortunately, they also take it as good humour over there.

“It was only made because of Trump’s words about Greenland.

“Not about his politics.

“A fool cake.”
